His empowering transformational service and training is available to all businesses and individuals in the world. Jay Lee changes lives of many. Jay has studied with some of the world’s most renowned speakers such as: Anthony Robbins, Les Brown, Willie Jolley, Bob Proctor, John C. Maxwell, Jack Canfield, Nido Qubein, John Assaraf and Lisa Nichols about reaching your Destiny in Life through Personal Development.

A strong passion for preparing listeners and viewers for the Connected-Age of this 21st Century. Jay has served three terms as an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in Washington, DC. He serviced over 2,000 Constituents and business owners. One year was reassigned as Chairman of the Commission Board. During community meetings, Jay consistently shared important information with residents of the community about the increase in cost of living, gentrification of neighborhoods, better jobs and business opportunities. Prior to becoming an elected official in the District of Columbia, Jay Lee started the first tenant association in his community at the tender age of 13. He was elected to serve as President amongst his peers that were his parents age or older.

Later, Jay Hunter Lee became a football coach and started a minor league for children in his community. He never coached before. In the first year, successfully lead his team to the city-wide semi-final’s. His team members were slacking in football talent. Sportsmanship and hard work to be a team they shined with Pride and Power. Jay Lee’s coaching ability impressed so many parents, they encouraged him to become a Motivational Speaker. He knew little about speaking. He made a deal with the parents. If the team ranked high in the playoffs, he would become a Motivational Speaker. The team ranked third city wide. Jay Lee kept his word. Jay published a book but got laid-off from his job the day after his Mother passed and became homeless which was the lowest point of life, but he did not give up on his goals, dreams and aspirations. Jay relocated to Tampa, Florida where he started a new life and business. He Founded and is the CEO of Wealth Summit Tours. The company that hosts wealth summit events all over the world. He also founded JHL Real Estate Development Inc., a global real estate and economic developmental company opened in 2019.

With a wide vast of experience and background in Real Estate since 2003, Donnetta has worked in several areas from loan originator by assisting clients in obtaining the establishing financing for their particular investment, property management by assisting in the managing of assets and coordinate ambitious real estate ventures. Donnetta has work with Investors assisted in generating reliable revenue growth by investing in multiple real estate projects and developing new opportunities through bank sales, foreclosures and probate estates sales. Additionally, maintaining constant focus on understanding the market trends, working through the negotiations of each contracts and the complexes of completion of each deal. In 2007, Donnetta stepped out and expand her entrepreneurship as a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor, working with multiple title companies, 7 attorneys, and 35 escrow closings, or settlements services that may result in the issuance of a title insurance contracts has kept her busy. Donnetta has held a Property Management Certifications, Real Estate License, Title Insurance Producers License, and additionally Donnetta, has obtained her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Bryant and Stratton College, Getzville, New York.


Donnetta retired after serving 27 years working for the U.S. Government and being assigned in positions around the United States. Donnetta went on to pursue entrepreneurship opportunities maintaining contracts with builders of residential homes and commercial sites. Finding that Real Estate Field of business offered the most consistent vessel to success, she went on to expound her understanding and knowledge of Real Estate to the basis foundations to the development stages. She has received a vast amount of trainings, certifications and education in the Real Estate Field.


As Donnetta embarks on this new experience, she is looking forward to continuing to increase partnerships and supporting the possibilities of new and lucrative business ventures. While focused on the establishment of building and expansions of the organizational development plan for JHL Real Estate Development.

Retired Battalion Fire Chief, Mark Lead a battalion staffed with 145+ personnel covering seven individual stations. Directed training and managed all equipment and assets. Establish command operations at all major incidents, to include special rescues and HAZMAT mitigations. Ensure the safety of all personnel during rescue operations. Complete department operational incident reports. 


Conduct on-site inspections and systems tests of fire protection and life safety systems in existing buildings or those under construction or renovation, ensuring compliance with appropriate codes, and where problems are found, works with on-site general contractor or project manager to schedule and implement corrective actions. Complete and maintain detailed electronic and hard copy records of all inspections and supporting documents related to any aspect of fire and life safety systems, product design and installation specifications, and correspondence. Perform plan reviews to determine complexity and scope of assigned inspection projects, fire and life safety system interaction not determined at time of individual systems plan review, identify compliance issues prior to or post-construction or installation, identify existing as-built conditions and compliance issues, and determines time and resources required to provide service. Keep abreast of new techniques, methods, products and developments in the fire protection field, maintains a thorough working knowledge of the variety of hazardous operations indigenous to the occupancy and industries within the County to ensure application of proper fire and life safety code requirements. Provide 24-hour on-call inspection assistance to other officials to assess damage and authorize safe re-entry to structures damaged by fire/natural disasters. Perform related duties as required or assigned.

Chancellor of Law Enforcement


  Angela retired after serving 27 years as a Law Enforcement Officer for the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, District of Columbia (DC). Before retiring at the rank of Lieutenant, Angela worked in various areas of the Police Department overseeing its 3,500 members. Prior to retiring, Angela supervised School Resource Officers who served to protect the District of Columbia Schools. During her 27-year tenure, Angela served as a Field Patrol Officer, dealing directly with protection of life and property. She served as a Field Supervisor, where she respectfully pioneered projects to help reduce crime in neighborhoods throughout the city. Angela held the high profile position as Commander of Recruit Level Police Physical Training, developed Curriculum for Police Officer Training, as well as, held responsibility for Police Officer Residential Training Programs. 

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Organizational Management from Nyack College of New York, and is currently in her 30th season working as a Women’s Division I College Basketball Official. Angela is a CEO of Total Package Referee Academy where she trains and mentors individuals who want to begin a career as a Basketball Official. In her pursuit of life, the three most important things for her are Faith, Family and Friends. She enjoys relaxing by listening to music, and playing golf. Perhaps best known for her no nonsense approach to motivating others and getting them to realize 

“I Can’t” is not an option.

At JHL Real Estate Development, Global Project Manager Shon began his career as Production Manager, and evolved into positions including Project Manager, Construction Manager, and General Manager. Having a vast understanding of construction projects and being responsible for the total project management including controlling the budgets, negotiating the subcontracts, and providing day to day communications with the on-site project teams to ensure the individual jobs remain on schedule and within the budgets. 


Shon fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale.  Shon also has a broad background in construction contracts, including design to build, while maintaining an excellent track record with strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in a successful construction experience.


Receiving his education from Prince Georges Community College, Largo, MD in both Construction Management and Business Management. Shon has over 25 years of 25 years of experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects, including infrastructure, higher education, restaurants, grocery, and retail projects for both public and private sector clients. The additional highlights of Shon work includes extensive HVAC improvements, site improvements, asbestos abatement, concrete tilt-up construction, and tenant improvement projects both occupied and unoccupied spaces.

Outside of work Shon enjoys Motorcycling, Boating, and Volunteering with the Prince George’s County Chapter of Christmas in April.
